This workshop is for manufacturing professionals looking to build confidence and improve delegation skills. During this session, participants will explore confidence and what it looks like in action; dive deep into what keeps us from being confident – our inner critic – and learn tactics for what to do and say to combat this from getting in our way. Participants will also determine their Confidence Type and how that applies to the workplace. Finally, we will apply the techniques to our own real-life scenario giving us the power to show up as our full confident selves.
