Before working for OzSBI, Heather operated her own grant writing business, Heartland Strategies, for 10 years. Heather has successfully written grant proposals for community groups, nonprofit organizations, and government entities, has been awarded over $4.5 million in grant funds. Heather will be sharing her process for writing a winning proposal and the pitfalls to avoid.
