Originally raised and attended school in Columbia, Missouri, and my family had several businesses in the community for more than 50 years in operation. Rolla has been my home for the last 28 years. My formal education is a B.S. in Business Administration-Management. I have more than 25 years of collective knowledge and experience in human resource management, manufacturing, lending/finance, and government-funded loan/grant programs. I understand the daily challenges small businesses face including manufacturing, restaurants, retail, medical practices, lodging, automotive repair, construction, and wineries. My intention is to help central and southcentral Missouri’s manufacturers of all shapes and sizes find solutions to their day-to-day problems to make the most positive impact by creating/retaining jobs and increasing profitability. I look forward to building relationships with companies in the area and assisting them to achieve optimization, sustainability, workforce development, and profitability.
